I just shipped a set of quilted sapele to a Luthier in Arkansas that is building a guitar for Cheryl Crow. He's supposed to send pic's of the build so I can put them on my website. Bobc38756.6881597222

Nothing like a new guitar to get over a break-up.

Here's a little more info from an e-mail I recieved from Matt:

"Yes the wood is for a guitar for Cheryl, and like I said, we are trying to get it finished by March 7th to unveil it to her at the Orpheum theatre in Memphis TN. We would be happy to start sending you the
pics of the build, and just help us get our builders name out there with it.
"Darin Hammon". Keep in touch and of course you are our dude for our woods.

Matt

Oh and here's the set of sapele:

Bob, that is one of the prettiest sets of guitar wood ever. I think you have a seventh sense to find wood. Do you have a crystal ball to look inside wood, or do you just use your xray vision.

That is some killer Sappele there Bob. Where do you find this stuff.

Zoot sniffer going 24/7 I think.

You would think if a guy was building a guitar for Sheryl he would at least learn to spell her name.
